Standalone Quay 3.10.10 shows wrong version info in UI

      1.setup standalone quay

      sudo podman run -d --net=host -p 8080:8080 -p 8443:8443     --name=quay    -v /opt/config:/conf/stack:Z    -v /opt/storage:/datastorage:Z    -e DEBUGLOG=true -e QUAY_OVERRIDE_SERVICES="repomirrorworker=true" registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/quay-quay-rhel8:v3.10.10-13

      2.login UI console, check version info
