Business Impact:

It makes the UOB environment running at the risk as 1.3 is running out of support. UOB is using mirror registries to host the platform images for OCP clusters, including the main customer-facing application. Thus, if the mirror registry has a problem, UOB can't fix anything and it will potentially impact OCP clusters.

There are several issues coming with UOB before, including CAP-491. Also, we have the ESP deal ongoing with UOB and it was on hold because of that issue. Now we have to prioritize this fix to ensure the ESP deals will not be held again.
