      This is an issue found in Quay 3.14.0 new UI Model Card, after push AI Model to Quay, found the Quay new UI Model Card can't display the checkbox in correct display format, compared the Model Card of HuggingFace, it can display the checkbox in correct display format, pls review this Model Card new UI issue.
