When we added the QuayRegistry name as a prefix to all managed component objects, it breaks the connection strings and other secrets that reference those objects because they are hard-coded. 

This really exposes the issues we have with hard-coded secrets in the Kustomize code, which we may need to move into Go code to be more easily managed.
