      This is a Quay 3.14.0 new UI issue, after pushed AI Model to Quay, found the Model Card is not at the 1st position, pls review this new UI issue.

      PM's comments:

      small nit: have we ever considered moving the ModelCard tab to the first position? so it’s the first thing, user see when they click the tag name?
