In Tag view, Pull column alignment doesn't consistent with others

      Issue Description:

      In Tags view, Pull Column align with "Center" while other columns are left

      Environment:

      quay-operator-bundle-container-v3.14.0-4

      Steps:

      Go to Tags tab, we can see all columns align with its content with left alignment except "Pull"

      pls check if we need "center" here
