      (based on BZ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1900729)

      As an OpenShift user that has IPv6-only network
      I want registry.redhat.io to have an IPv6 address
      So that I can pull images on my cluster.

      A fully IPv6 based deployment of OCP needs a registry that supports IPv6. So far registry.redhat.io has only IPv4 address:

      $ host registry.redhat.io
      registry.redhat.io is an alias for registry.redhat.io.edgekey.net.
      registry.redhat.io.edgekey.net is an alias for e14353.g.akamaiedge.net.
      e14353.g.akamaiedge.net has address 23.43.115.178
