      customer is requesting to  have  notification  in the event of deleting images from the quay registry.

      From the current quay repository setting's , notification can be enabled for the following events:

      1. Push to Reposityory
2. Repository Mirror Started 
3. Repository Mirror in Success
4. Repository Mirror in Unsuccessful
4. Package Vulnerability Found

      I got a customer who wanted to have  notification  in the event of deleting images from the quay registry.
