One can define more than one warning limits with different percentage values (e.g 25%, 50% and 75%)
By pushing more than 25% one gets a notification.
By pushing more than 50% one gets a notificataion, etc...

But the notification text is always the same!
<ORGANIZATION_NAME> quota has exceeded warning limit

Add the percentage value to the notification. Otherwise it won't make sense to define more than one warning limit, which is possible.

As an user I want to see which defined warning was notified.
