Currently, as per the documentation, the only accepted values are w|m|d|h|s. The code however does support using the y suffix: https://github.com/quay/quay/blob/4bd036b6c503cecf52a5c7e83f9a6c6185f6f548/util/timedeltastring.py#L44
The new UI does not support this yet.
