For the internal RH subscription MW2702 that provides employees with an unlimited amount of private repositories, users should be able to spread a subscription with multiple quantities of that SKU across orgs.

Currently we are making use of group accounts within the marketplace to hold these employee owned subscriptions, but because of how the billing currently works only one person is allowed to attach all the subscriptions in bulk to an org. We should allow a user to grab a single subscription from the pool and attach it to their own org. Only do this for MW2702 SKUs as they are an exception. Other SKUs should not be allowed to split up.
