      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay 3.13 Operator, now on the Quay Operator install page, Quay Operator use old OCS Docs URL "https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_container_storage/", the correct ODF Doc URL should be "https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_data_foundation", pls review this issue.
