Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.13 managed Clair Component, in the logs of Quay Clair APP POD, the version is "random source build", for example in Quay 3.12.3 the managed Clair Version is v4.7.4, in Quay 3.13 the Clair version should be v4.8.0, pls review this issue.
