Description:
This is an issue found in Quay 3.13 new UI, after use Quay 3.13 new API "/oauth2/federation/robot/token" to generate Quay temp access token of robot account, found in Quay 3.13 new UI can't audit the operation, but current UI can display the audit logs correctly, pls review this issue.
