      Issue is not reproducible at my end

      I always get an email saying the following: 

      The exported logs information can be found at https://s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/quayio-production-s3/exportedactionlogs/e735efcf-504e-472b-a01f-d921e7aa9525-5242420c-082a-4893-a36e-01fbefb9c350?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Credential=AKIAI5LUAQGPZRPNKSJA%2F20240925%2Fus-east-1%2Fs3%2Faws4_request&X-Amz-Date=20240925T141105Z&X-Amz-Expires=3600&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host&X-Amz-Signature=80b5dcf2cd8da4b4af88cbe07d2f82e9de5e7aa270bbfbb3e43d94500c577ad9 and will remain accessible for 3600 seconds before being deleted.

      Users have reported issues when trying to export logs from Quay.io

      The issue has been identified as logs not being delivered to the user. It might be linked to timeouts or other errors during the log export process.
