User is unable to view their employee sku when logged into quay.io. It appears that only the personal account of the user is available in the database and not the other account the user is a part of that contains the subscription.

This likely is happening because quay.io only uses what is present in the database and won't refer to the user api as the source of truth if it finds something in the redhatsubscriptions table.
