This is an issue found in Quay 3.13 new UI, when created multiple auto-pruning policies at Organization or Image Repo, found can't disable the policy, if Quay Customers want to disable the policy the only solution is removing that policy, that's not good user experience, sometimes Quay Customer may want to disable and enable any specific policy, pls review this issue.
