we just learned, that it is important to call out more prominently that Quay and Clair should not run on the same postgres databases instances, when using an externally managed database, should be separate database instances, those are also not to be shared with other workloads - the main concern is exhausting the natural connection limit on the Postgres side when connection intensive workloads like Quay and Clair contend for resources, we also need to call out that pgBouncer is not yet supported with Quay nor Clair
