Quay 3.12.2 new UI no description for cancel build on usage logs page

      Description:

      This is an issue found on Quay 3.12.2 new UI, after cancel quay build image job, found on the usage logs page of new UI can't show "cancel build {id}", but current UI can show the description correctly, pls review this issue.
