      When download client file to laptop, it is 0644 by default, psql returns below message

      % psql "sslmode=verify-ca sslrootcert=server-ca.pem sslcert=client-cert.pem sslkey=client-key.pem hostaddr=34.122.194.228 port=5432 user=postgres dbname=postgres"

      % ls -l client-key.pem
