Create a new "Security" book for Red Hat Quay on Pantheon. This will include revising all security-related features and ensure that they work as intended. The following content should be included in the security book:

Adding TLS certificates to the Red hat Quay container
Restricting Robot and Tokens
Maybe Clair?
Maybe the Container Security Operator?
