• architecture description - how Akamai fits in the overall Quay flows, how statics get retrieved and cached by Akamai
• configuration description - account info, replication settings
• escalation path & SOP - what to do in case of issue, who to contact in IT, in Akamai
• Metrics and alerts on Akamai caches & availability
