This is an issue found in Quay 3.12.1, on the change log page of Quay Management, the link "Red Hat Customer Portal" point to "https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_quay/3.7/html/red_hat_quay_release_notes/index", that's old Quay 3.7 release notes, here should replace with Quay 3.12 release notes, pls review this issue.
