The "Using Red Hat Quay" guide is the  "go to" guide for basic Quay operations. After discussions with Lars and Daniel,  it was requested that API procedures be added to the Quay docs for many reasons, but the primarily reasons being 1) Quay is a heavily automated product, and the API plays a big role in that. The lack of API procedures does not help users automate their deployment; and 2) Lars has repeatedly expressed concerns about including API commands for more entry level users. 

This refactoring work started in Q2, 2024, however was not completed. For the remainder of this task, the following work must be completed:

• API commands must be included in the API guide. The decision for this action was made in agreement with Daniel Messer. 
• The "Use Red Hat Quay" book must include all API commands for basic operations. 
• Content after "Viewing and Exporting Logs" should be separated into new books. They must NOT, however, be removed during the 3.12 to release in order to avoid link breakages. Content must be removed during the 3.13 release, and only after ensuring that they content is live, in its new, respective book.
