Confirm e-mail address link returns 404
Quay Version: quay-operator-bundle-container-v3.12.0-16
Reproduce Steps:
1, Add valid Email configuration in config.yaml
2, Create a user, it will send a mail, verify the mail with Click "Confirm Email"
3, It returns "404 Not Found"
