Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.12, when quay user1 try to assign to token to user2, after choose user2, then click "Cancel" button and continue to generate token for current user1, hit 404 error page, the reason is quay still try to do token assignment(after click button "generate token") by accessing "https://quayregistry-quay-quay-enterprise-2734.apps.quaytest-2734.qe.azure.devcluster.openshift.com/oauth/authorize/assignuser?username=quayuser1&response_type=token&client_id=JMFFQWUTQY8OLZGZBZMQ&scope=org:admin%20repo:admin%20repo:create%20repo:read%20repo:write%20super:user%20user:admin%20user:read&redirect_uri=https:%2F%2Fquayregistry-quay-quay-enterprise-2734.apps.quaytest-2734.qe.azure.devcluster.openshift.com%2Foauth%2Flocalapp"
