Quay 3.12 new UI can't add permissions to all image repositories when total image repository number is 2k

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay 3.12 new UI, when trying to set permissions of image repository for robot account, the total image repo number is 2k, choose all image repositories, the result is only 20 image repositories are added successfully. Pls review this new UI issue.

      Set repo permission to robot account with selecting all 2k image repos:
