Description of problem:

In new UI,  when create/update/delete a resource,  there is a confirm message.

Take delete team as example

This kind of message is useful for customers. 

But for below operations, there is no such message. Should add message for these operations.

1. Organization create and delete.

2. Repository create and delete. 

3. Can't update repository description in new UI, after fixing issue  PROJQUAY-7213, should add message for update operation too.
