      None of the Quay Operators are discoverable in the Red Hat Catalog:

      Quay Operators are popping up as regular container images instead:

      https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/search?q=quay

      Expected Behavior:

      All Quay Operators are discoverable in the Operator portion of the Red Hat Catalog:
