Major Description of problem:
In new UI, the "Enable notification" option dose NOT exist in all notification entry kebab.
This option should exist in all kebab.

Another problem, when a notification is available, the option in kebab should be "Disable notification". when a notification has been disabled, the option in kebab should be "Enable notification".
