The `FEATURE_SUPERUSERS_FULL_ACCESS` does not provide full access for the superuser.
1)
Using the new webUI and browsing a "foreign" organization doesn't show the following links

• "Teams and membership2
• "Robot accounts"
• "Default permissions"
• "Settings"

It shows the link "Logs" but using it will end up in
"Unable to complete request Unable to get logs"
and
""Unable to complete request Unable to retrieve logs"

Using the new webUI and browsing a "foreign" repository doesn't show the link doesn't show the following link

• "Settings"
  But it shows the link Logs and the link is working!
