Description of problem:

When set a notification by Red Hat Quay Notification method in old UI,  then toggle to the new UI,  the web page will show  "Unable to complete request" error.

How reproducible:

1 Create some notifications with email/slack/webhook methods

2 Check these notifications display status in both old UI and new UI

3. Create a notification by Red Hat Quay Notification method  in old UI

4 Check these notifications display status in both old UI and new UI again

Expected results

It seems the new UI has not supported Red Hat Quay Notification method yet, but the new UI page should display those supported notifications correctly, not go to a error page.
