Description:

This is an issue of Quay 3.11 new UI, when the target image repository contains many images tags(e.g. 1K+) including related cosign signatures and SBOM, on current UI Quay Users can use Show/Hidden Signatures to only display image tags, but new UI doesn't provide this functionality, pls review if need to add this existing functionality to new UI.
