    Description

      Claircore should use CPE well-formed names whenever they're present, in any component of scanning and matching process.

      Currently, CPEs are currently captured in some places (Vulnerabilities, Dists) and kept as strings. We should have a real type for well-formed names and capture them where ever possible.
