Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, now Quay is configured with OIDC Authentication, and new Quay Team is enabled with OIDC Group sync, when the Quay user is Member Role of the team, found Quay new UI display button "Remove Synchronization", when click the button "Remove Synchronization", hit error message "Error removing team synchronization: AxiosError: Request failed with status code 403", actually Member role should not see the button Remove Synchronization, pls review this issue.
