Quay 3.11 new UI should not invoke not required stripe and status page

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, when performing operations on new UI, found Quay new UI invoked "checkout.stripe.com" and "cdn.statuspage.io", but those two endpoints are used for quay.io, that means for Quay Downstream Release, should not invoke these two endpoints, pls review this issue.
