Summary (TL;DR):
Trustarc CCM’s script update is ready for testing. Global Privacy is requesting you update your Trustarc testing scripts ahead of a live review call with us.
What’s happening:
As previously communicated in late 2023, Trustarc has provided Red Hat with a second
script, enabling us to maintain the independence of user cookie preferences between
redhat.com and its sub-domains in relation to other Red Hat domains and community sites
that use Red Hat’s CCM.
Red Hat has updated the Red Hat Library script to account for this change. Global Privacy is
reaching out to sites individually to test and onboard the updated script in a preprod
environment. If you do not have the ability to test outside of production, we will be working
with you on the best course of action.
What we need from you
Please proceed to review and utilize the implementation guides below in order to make
necessary script updates ahead of our call.
1. Guide for non-redhat.com domains
All sites should be using the RH Library Script to access CCM
