The documentation for upgrading a geo-replication deployment of Red Hat Quay using the operator need further clarification at the end of the docs. Step 6 currently states "After confirming that the update has properly worked on System A, initiate the Red Hat Quay upgrade on System B and on System C. The Operator upgrade results in an upgraded Red Hat Quay installation, and the pods are restarted."

This is not totally accurate though. Once systems B and C are upgraded, the QuayRegistry for each of these systems still has replicas set to 0 (see step 1). Rather than saying the pods are restarted, we should ensure it is laid out to revert back what changes were made in step 1, which would either be removing the overrides or updating the overrides to what they were set to prior to upgrade. Same hold true for setting the HPA back to what it was prior to upgrade.  The docs as written make it seem like the pods will start, when that's not the case.
