Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, when updated the setting of target Organization(e.g updated the E-Mail, time-machine, autoprunepolicy, etc), on the new UI Organization list page, the "Last Modified" of organization always show N/A, pls review this issue.
