Quay 3.11 new UI remove image repo permission show "undefined" for organization name in audit logs

Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, when removed the permission of image repo, in the usage logs of image repo, the logs display "Remove permission for team myteam9 from repository undefined/demo1", the expected behavior is Quay new UI should display the correct organization name, pls review this issue.
