Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, after configured Quay to use authentication type as OIDC and create new team to sync team members from OIDC group, at the step to input the target OIDC group name to sync, if input invalid and non-existing OIDC group to sync, Quay new UI still create the OIDC directory sync config successfully, actually Quay new UI should perform validations to check if the target OIDC group is existed or not, and give correct error message to Quay Users, pls review this issue.
