Quay 3.11 new UI team member added to team sync from OIDC group should be audited in Organization logs page

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, after configured Quay Team to sync team members from OIDC group, when new user login Quay Console via OIDC authentication, the new user is added the team automatically, but this operation can't be audited in Quay Organization logs page, pls review this issue.
