Description:
This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, after triggered build image by uploading Docker file on new UI, Quay builder will build new image and push the image to Quay image repo, but on new UI the "Performed by" is NULL in push image, compared with current UI logs page, the "performed by" is "Repository Build Token", pls review this issue.
