Quay 3.11 new UI should highlight the tag name with tag icon in logs page

Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, in the log page of image repository, after images are mirrored, the image tag name is not highlighted with tag icon, compared with current UI, the tag name is highlighted with tag icon, to improve user experience in new UI, Quay new UI should deliver the consistent behavior, pls review this issue.
