Quay 3.11 new UI should not display message "Trigger setup has already been completed" after build trigger setup completed

Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, after creating the Github build Trigger successfully, and build image successfully triggered by the push operation from Github Repo, refresh the new UI current page, new UI still pop up message "Trigger setup has already been completed", actually new UI should not popup this message anymore, pls review this issue.
