Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, when quay was configured to set Authentication Type as OIDC, and enable team sync from OIDC Group, after waiting for long time the iterate group members for target OIDC group was failed, but on Quay new UI there's no error message to show the current status, pls review this issue.
