Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.11, when push new image to Quay image repo, and change the expiration time to expire in two days, on current UI the usage logs show correct log "Tag newtag set to expire on March 2, 2024 6:24 PM", but on new UI the usage logs display "Tag newtag set to expire on 1709375040", actually on new UI the Quay usage logs should show the same log with expire time in data format, pls review this issue.
