Quay Web UI is showing the quota consumption is NaN KiB

      Here are the repo steps from the customer : 

      1. Logs into Quay;
2. Click on an organization on the right;
3. It opens the repositories tab automatically;
*. It shows "Total Quota Consumed : NaN KiB" under the Repositories header on the page.
NaN means not a number, which is generally an error in the code when some checks are missing.

      Customer also mentioned :
      when I repeat the above steps again, it showed correctly "Total Quota Consumed: 90.40 GiB"

      Hello,

      I got a customer who has got Quay Registry 3.9.5 with quota enabled. 

      When customer clicked on a repository , it does not display the actual quota consumed rather it is showing "Nan" KiB.
