Quay bridge operator 3.10 image is not consistent with operator bundle

Quay bridge operator 3.10 image is not consistent with operator bundle, the bridge operator image inside bundle is 

rh-osbs/quay-quay-bridge-operator-rhel8@sha256:0c0c4730e243db0dea3ee5a55bdf32209e77626e8b78c282f141bc519c926664 

But the image attached in advisory is 

rh-osbs/quay-quay-bridge-operator-rhel9@sha256:3bc08710dca0064d0158745d8a553969cf29d23a0701c0252c67c12d5a924f37 

quay-bridge-operator-container-v3.10.0-24

They are two different image repos
