Quay enabled strictfpsruntime earlier this year. We need to make sure that regression testing is in place so we do not accidentally release without this security feature. Testing will need to be done on a FIPS enabled OCP Cluster and should check the following components:

• Quay
• Clair
• Quay Operator
• CSO
• QBO
